1. The Garden Centre flower park will allow only authorized to accommodate properly
registered guests. For this purpose, guests are to present their valid national ID card or
passport, or any other valid proof of identity to the employee if necessary.


2. Booking Money is not Refundable.


3. Guests are to use their rooms for the agreed period. If the guest breaks their stay or
extend time extra money will charged.


4 . Be advised to keep valuables in your personal rooms. Keep your doors lock closed
when not in the room or when you are sleeping. We have a permanent employee but
he can't see all rooms at the same time. The park will not in any whatsoever, be
responsible for the loss of guests belongings or any other property.


5. 0n the basis of an advanced booking the Park is to any reservation made and 50%
security deposit must be done by the guest for confirmation of booking.
Reservation Fee: 50% of the total contract price to be deposited in the Resorts Bank
Account.


6. Smoking and food is not allowed inside the room for security reasons.


7. Minors under 18 years, male or female, are not allowed to stay at this Cottage without
being accompanied by their parents or guardians.


8. Child Policy: Children below the age of 3 are free of charge.


9. Washing of clothes is not allowed in the room.


10. Guests are to observe night time peace and quiet, they are not to disturb the other
guests accommodated in the Cottage.


11. For Including Buffet or Other Extra facilities extra money will charged.


12. Guests are not allowed to touch flower or damage flower, cannot play Football, Cricket
or any game which damage flowers and plants.
If client damage any property like curtain, toilet accessories, carpet, bed shit, pillow cover or
anything has to pay extra.
